When: August 31st
Double shotgun: Begins at 7am & 1pm at Lick Creek Golf Course
Cost: $400/team, includes tournament entry, greens fees, cart, polo shirt, lunch & dinner.
Format: 4 person scramble
Where: Lick Creek Golf Course
Deadline: A maximum of 36 teams will be accepted for each shotgun session. Teams will be assigned on a first come first choice basis. Don't delay!
Lunch: Served from 11:30am to 1pm for both sessions at the golf course.
Dinner: at approximately 6:30pm. Served at the Pekin Moose Lodge. (cash bar available)
Prizes: Chance to win $10,000 cash! Door prizes, Flight Prizes, Hole Prizes, Cash Prizes.

All teams must be paid in full to reserve your spot. All additional dinner reservations are $25.00 and must be received by August 31st. No dinner reservations can be accepted at the door.
